The electric 100/25t double girder overhead crane is manufactured by Henan Zhongggong Group for a thermal power factory project in Datang. It has been successfully installed and debugged and put into use. This project is an expansion project of a

thermal power plant in Datang. It is planned to build and install 2×350MW supercritical heating

unit on the reserved site of the eighth phase of the thermal power plant in Datang, equipped with

two supercritical pulverized coal furnaces.Our company uses a special overhead crane for

the turbine room in this project, and our bridge crane for the main power plant room was

awarded the "Utility Model Patent Certificate" by the Patent Office of the People's Republic of

China in 2013.  

The heat load of this project is mainly based on civil heating and industrial heating in the local

southern heating area. One of the steam turbine units (#12 in the factory) and its auxiliary units

are designed according to the high back pressure and double rotor structure, and the unit

reserves the necessary space and parts to replace the rotor. The other unit (#13 in the factory) is

a condensation heating unit. In order to meet the environmental protection requirements, the

limestone——gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization device and the selective catalytic

reduction  (SCR) denitration device are installed simultaneously.

New Concept Overhead Crane for a Natural Gas Power Generation Project in Datang

During the construction of the Datang Haikou natural gas power generation project, Henan Zhonggong Group provided cranes.The Phase 1 of the project is provide two gas turbines for the Datang natural gas power generation project.
